Kinds of personal data

Email address (for login, receipts, verification codes), telephone number (account recovery and, where permitted, SMS notices), password hash/token (we do not display your password), and optional marketing preference flags.

Purposes

1. Creating and securing your membership account.
2. Sending a one-time email verification code (demo may expose the code when debug mode is on).
3. Servicing billing once payment integration is live.
4. If you do not tick “direct marketing opt-out”, we may send product updates by email or other channels you provide. If you tick opt-out, we will not use your data for direct marketing.

Consequences of not supplying data

Without a valid email and phone (as required at signup), we may be unable to complete registration or recover your account.
